Check your headphones are connected — the player shows the current output at the bottom (🎧). Amber plays through the ring/silent switch, so if you're on the iPhone speaker with no sound, try raising the volume rocker while the app is playing.
The orbit needs headphones — on a speaker both ears hear the same thing. Any headphones work, including AirPods. Try Crystal Dawn and close your eyes for ten seconds.
Reminders are delivered by iOS, so check Settings → Notifications → Amber is allowed, and note that Focus modes (like Sleep Focus) can silence them unless you allow Amber through.
Bedtime lives in the 🌙 card on the home screen. Vibrations have their own On/Off toggle in the player during breathing sessions.
Open the account card on the home screen → Delete my account. Everything synced is permanently removed. Or email us and we'll do it.
